Banks' Vacuum, LLC.
We started our business in 1988 from one room in our basement. Previous to that I was employed with the Eureka vacuum company as a regional service manager with an office in Philadelphia.
My knowledge of the vacuum business was quite extensive when I started my business. The early days were primarily service-oriented. I picked up repairs from homeowners as well as commercial accounts and was able to return them the same day. To this day we still try to provide same day service to our customers.
After working out of our basement for 1 year we decided that we needed to move to a retail location for our business to grow. After moving into our new location as well as working at the Marshalls Creek flea market our business grew very quickly. We quickly outgrew our store and needed a bigger location.
Today our product line is very diverse; we carry most brands of vacuums and service all makes and models of vacuums and sewing machines. Through the years we have stayed a family-owned and operated business.
We have three employees, my wife Susan, my son Ryan, and me. We have always had the same approach to our customers, be honest friendly, and helpful. We strive to get to know our customers and their needs. In addition to our diverse line of vacuums, we also stock 1000’s of bags, belts, and parts.
